Our current education system is Eurocentric, even in the arts. Our world view is depicted through European-American lens rather than from the source. Centering People of the Global Majority and other marginalized people, allows for more accurate and humanizing representation. Widening the scope of varied voices and teachings, brings dimension and opportunities for growth and belonging for all of us.
